Today I am grateful for the friend I bumped into at Target who took both my young daughters off my hands to her house to play so I could get some Christmas shopping done. Thanks, Lori!
And for my husband who ended the shopping spree with a Holiday Gingerbread Mocha Latte topped with whipped cream at Joe Muggs. Thanks, honey!
And for another friend who gave me the lovely gift of beautiful rose-trimmed stationery: Little Flower Thanks, Lanell!
And for a mother who plans weekend trips for us girls like this one: Christmas Festival of Lights in the beautiful, oldest French Colony in Louisiana Thanks, Oma!
And for my older daughter and my husband who went shopping together for new Christmas decorations after three of our Rubbermaid bins were found to have water-logged while in the shop.
And I am grateful for another rainy day in which to unload those many bins and thrill in the excitement of old ornaments that look totally new...
You ARE blessed! The holidays can be so enjoyable with the special events.

How I miss Louisiana! Thanks so much for the pictures. It makes me feel like I'm back there, if only for a moment. Glad you had a great time.
